This Led to the Gospel

Amos* recently walked through an inner-city village in South Asia searching for opportunities to share the Gospel. Instead, he met a Christian lady who invited him to her home for prayer on Sunday.

Sunday arrives but instead of simply having a prayer meeting, the lady invited 6 Hindu neighbors to join them. They prayed, sang, and Amos shared the Gospel.

One of the new ladies was so intrigued she returned the following Sunday with additional Hindu women in tow, all of them hearing the Gospel. This time, she asked Amos for a Bible and for help learning more about Christ. But, the story did not end there.

After their second gathering, this Hindu lady asked Amos to visit her home to pray over her family. She also informed him that when she meets him, she feels peace. Upon arriving at her home, Amos met her husband where he shared the Gospel with him. Granted, none of them have believed the Gospel just yet, but they are listening, learning, and eager to continue meeting.
